Classes are held on select Thursdays and Saturdays from 8:30 — 5:00 PM.
Registration fee includes day long instruction for the national exam and study guide.

 The test is available in English, Spanish, Korean, Modern Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese and Arabic.


Study materials, and videos are available in Spanish and English only.
 

Challenge Test

The tests are offered on the dates above from 3:00—5:00 PM.  The study guide and sample questions are in English or Spanish only and will be mailed to the participant upon registration.

 

    Proctored Online Testing

 

Food Service Managers can now keep their Food Safety Certification current through our proctored ONLINE testing service.

 

Step 1:  Select “Online Proctored Testing” on the Registration Form


Step 2:  After self-study of FSTS Workbook, call 918-406-6272  to schedule testing  date and time.  Testing site may vary to meet the client’s needs.

 

Step 3: On test day allow two (2) hours to complete the on-line test.
